Privacy Policy

Living Spring Hymnal is a free, bilingual (English & Yoruba) church hymnal provided by New Life Eternal Ministries. It lets you read over 1,000 hymns, browse the 25 sections, look up tunes by meter, and follow the published Sunday service order of songs.

You do not need an account to read hymns, search, save favourites, or view the Sunday service order. The app works fully without signing in.

Only ministry administrators create an account, in order to publish the Sunday service order of songs. Sign-in uses your email address only, for the purpose of authenticating the administrator. No passwords are stored by the app itself; authentication is handled by our managed backend provider.

• No advertising and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No analytics that identify you personally.
• No access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

The following are stored only in your browser or device storage and are never sent to our servers:

• Your saved (starred) hymns.
• Any service plan you create locally on the Schedule page.
• Your language preference (English / Yoruba / Both) and theme choice.

You can clear this data at any time from your device or browser settings.

The Sunday order of songs published by an administrator is visible to anyone who opens the app. It contains only hymn numbers, titles, tunes, and optional notes — it does not contain personal data about congregation members.

After your first visit, the app caches hymn content on your device so you can keep reading hymns without an internet connection. This cache is stored locally and can be cleared by your browser or device.

Living Spring Hymnal is a reference book — a collection of hymns. It does not ask for a user's age and does not collect personal data from children.

Admin accounts may be deleted on request by contacting New Life Eternal Ministries (see contact below). All locally stored data (favourites, local service plans, preferences) can be removed by you at any time from your own device or browser.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
