There is a land which God has shown His love

There is a land which God has shown His love
The good land that flows with honey and milk
He called His people to come and know the land
And there, live in the land of the Lord
Refrain
All ye that are redeemed
All the redeem’d hear the command of God
(Do not fear} march to the land of heritance
Enter in when the tempest of Jordan cease
Enter the land which God gave to you

The vine yielded fruits very many sweet fruits
The palm trees also bear very many fruits
The fountain of its river made the land fertile
When they walked in the land of the Lord

In the land there’s vict’ry over enemies
The peace of our Lord conquerors all the evils
The love of our God makes all hearts very warm
In the land where we trust in the Lord
4.
In the land where its light will never cease
And the song of joy which the angels love to hear
Looking unto Christ and they never fear evil
There’s no fear in the land of the Lord
5.
It’s here not heav’n we shall inherit the land
Jesus came to this world that we might be bless’d
His word is sure that we shall enter into His rest
When we trust in the word of the Lord
