Once I was far’way from the Lord

Once I was far’way from the Lord

I frustrate Him with my manners

But now Jesus hath sav’d me

Now indignation and anger

Satan now bound me with its chain

Jesus had now cut the chain

3.

Lusts of the world now fill’d my hearts

And all sorts of arrogancy

Now all burnt by spirit’s fire

4.

Now I am free from depression

From all sorts of lukewarmness

Oh praise Jehovah with me.

5.

I am singing just everyday

In happiness I jump and dance

It’s by the Spiritual pow’r

6.

Thy precious blood now cleanseth me

The water of life in me flow

My salvation now is full.

7.

All ye my brothers and my friends

Who dare this deliverance neglect?

To Him salvation is free.
